Refund policy

We hope you love your Darthome purchase, but if it's not quite right for you, don't worry - we've made our returns process simple and hassle-free.

You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item just needs to be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please also keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

To get started, simply email us at sales@darthome.co.uk and we'll guide you through the process. Please quote your order number and attach photos of any issues to help us resolve things quickly.

Please note: we do not offer free returns. Any shipping costs incurred to return an item are the customer's responsibility.

Once your return is approved, we'll send you clear instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without contacting us first can't be accepted.
